Handbook Modules, Module Certificate and Exam Regulations
The attached module handbook informs about the contents, exams, available options for modules, prerequisites for participations and persons responsible for the different courses concerning the one-subject bachelors degree. If you have more detailed questions please ask the resposible person or the study-advisory directly. In case of doubt you can refer to the general examination regulations and the subject specific examination regulations of sociology.
All modules consisting of two modules require only one graded examination in one of the courses. The other course is being judged by a course specific exam (for example presentation, essays). You only have to complete the examination registration only in the seminar where the graded examination will follow. The grade will be registered after you completet both seminars. They will be documented with the help of a Module Certificate (which you can download in the attachment). The Transcript of Records only shows the module but not the completet courses so keep the Module Certificate to be able to proof that you took part in certain seminars.
